Adnan Džemidžić
Born in Sarajevo on 20 February 1969. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Sarajevo and is a qualified lawyer holding a law degree and having passed the bar examination. As part of his international professional education, he completed the MESGO postgraduate programme (Master Executive in Sport Governance) in 2024, the UEFA FLP programme (specialist programme in sports/football law) in 2017, and the CFM programme (education in football management) in 2015. In September 2025, he enrolled in doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica.
He has been a member of the UEFA Appeals Body since 2019.
He has gained professional experience in various working environments where he held responsible positions. His roles have included Legal Advisor to the Head of an International Monitoring Mission, Head of the Human Resources Department in an insurance company, Head of the Legal Department in a commercial company, and Executive Director for Legal Affairs of a football club. He has been with the Bosnia and Herzegovina Football Federation since 2013. He managed legal affairs and represented the Bosnia and Herzegovina Football Federation before ordinary courts and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne. At the beginning of 2014, he was appointed Head of the Club Licensing Administration. By decision of the Executive Committee of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Football Federation in April 2017, he was appointed Executive Director of the Administration Sector. Since the beginning of 2019, he has been serving as the General Secretary of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Football Federation.
