Ivaylo Petev is the new head coach of the BH national team

The 62nd session of the FF BH Executive Board continued today at the Hills Hotel in Ilidža, at which one item on the agenda concerning the election of a new head coach of the “A” national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina was discussed.

The session was attended by 13 members of the ExBo, and it was decided that our senior team will be led from the bench by the Bulgarian coach Ivaylo Petev.

Petev was born on 9th July 1975 in Lovech (Bulgaria).

In his coaching career, he led the clubs PFC Ludogorets Razgrad, AEL Limassol, GNK Dinamo Zagreb, AC Omonia Nicosia, Al-Qadsiah and Jagiellonia Białystok. From 2014 to 2016, he was the head coach of Bulgaria.

With Ludogorets, he won two Bulgarian championship titles, one Cup and one Super Cup.
