History 1999.

  • Completed all preparations for staging the event "Football for Peace" under which there would be played a match with the World's Representation Team, but due to the political and war situation in neighboring Yugoslavia that event was postponed for the next year
  • Late this year FIFA, with assistance of UEFA and approval of the International Olympic Committee and the Office of the High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina drafted a new Statutes of the FF BIH, the draft being harmonized in the FIFA headquarters
  • Same year, In organization of the FF BIH and with assistance of Denmark, there was organized an Open Football School - football school for children of age  between 8 - 14 years throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina, and handicapped children were also involved
