History 2001.

  • BIH National Team participated in three tournaments in Asia and won second place three times, in India, Malaysia and Iran
  • BIH Amateur National Team played in the Finals of the Regions Cup in Czech Republic
  • There was staged the Finals of the BiH Cup with participation of the clubs from Republika Srpska as well
  • FC Kaskada (Cascade) from Gračanica qualified for the First Club Final Tournament of Europe
  • Assisted by UEFA the FF BIH organized seminars for administration staff, referees, coaches and medical staff
  • FC Željezničar, FC Sarajevo, FC Brotnjo and FC Čelik as members of the single competition system qualified for the European Cups
  • Reached an agreement between the two football federations, FF BIH and FF Croatia on joint candidature for the 2008 European Championship
