- The champion's title of the Premier League for 2003/2004 was won by FC "Široki Brijeg";
- The Winner of the 2004 BiH Cup is FC "Modrica Maxima";
- The Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the first time has conducted a competition in the season 2004/2005 applying the Regulations on Club Licensing, and achieved considerable success. All clubs have met the conditions for domestic competition, while FC "Široki Brijeg", FC "Ugljevik" and FC "Željezničar" have fulfilled the criteria for international competitions as well. Also, it is certain that all clubs, supported by sponsors and local authorities, have improved playing conditions more than in all previous years;
- Organized by the Football Federation of B&H, in our country were staged preliminary club competitions (qualifications) for the Women's Champion League, for the European Futsal Championship and for the European Amateur National Football Teams Championship;
- Our best selection has played with draw result (1:1) a friendly match against France. BiH "A" and "U-21" National Teams have played two qualification matches for the World Championship against Spain's and Serbia & Montenegro's National Teams with draw results;
- The Youth National Team (U-21) has beaten the Croatian Selection in their friendly match staged in Vinkovci, winning 4:1;
- Under the FIFA's Project "GOAL", a legend of the international football, Michel Platini has officially commissioned a football facility "GOAL" in Orašje.
