- The club champions of the Premier League for the season 2005/06 was NK “Široki Brijeg” (men), and SFK “2000 Sarajevo” was a women’s champion club;
- The winner of the BiH Cup 2005/06 is NK “Orašje” (men) and SFK “Sarajevo 2000” (women);
- Our clubs representatives within the UEFA Champions League - NK “Široki Brijeg”, the UEFA Cup - FK “Sarajevo” and FK “Orašje”, and the UEFA Intertoto Cup - NK ”Zrinjski”, didn’t pass more than second preliminary rounds;
- FF BH continues to run domestic competition within its Premier League, applying the UEFA Clubs Licensing Manual. In reason of the higher level of criteria for the season 2008/09, our Licensing Department visited clubs and explained the new requirements for domestic and international competitions.
- FF BH was a host of the Qualifying Round of the UEFA European U-19 Championship 2006/07 (Group 11), the Qualifying Round of the UEFA European U-19 Women’s Championship 2006/07 (Group 6), the Preliminary Round of the UEFA Women’s Championship 2007/09, as well as the Qualifying Round of the UEFA Regions’ Cup 2006/07 and the Main Round of the UEFA Futsal Cup 2006/07;
- “A” National Team of BiH played four qualifying matches of the UEFA EURO 2008 Austria/Switzerland during the year 2008. It won one match, lost twice, and draw one.
- “U-21” Team did not qualify for the Final Round of the UEFA European U-21 Championship 2006/07, in reason of losing the play-off against the Czech Republic. In the group phase it was better than Norway and Armenia.
- U-17 Team passed the qualifying round in Slovakia and it will participate at the Elite Round of the UEFA European U-17 Championship 2006/07.
- The FF BiH Coach Education Center promoted first coaches with UEFA PRO licence.
- In the framework of the UEFA Hat Trick Program, forty mini-pitches will be inaugurated in Bosnia and Herzegovina this year, which will serve for football promotion.
- The FF BH General Assembly, held on 28th July elected the members of the FF BH Executive Board and Legal Bodies for the four year term of office. The members of the FF BH Presidency were elected with secret ballot. Dr. Milan Jelić was elected as the President, Mr. Iljo Dominković as the first Vice-President, and Mr. Sulejman Čolaković as the second Vice-President.
- New FF BH Statute was harmonized with the Statutes of FIFA / UEFA in the meeting held in Zurich on 23 October 2006.
