- 2007/08 Premier League Champion club is FK "Modriča Maxima", and the best women team is "SFK 2000" Sarajevo, which won both title, the Championship as well as the National Cup
- In the youth categories, following teams won the Championship: FK "Kozara" (U-15), FK "Sloboda" Tuzla (U-17) and FK "Sloboda" Tuzla(U-19).
- 2007/08 Futsal champion club is MNK "Orlić" from Sarajevo, and National Cup Winner is KMF "Radnik" Bijeljina.
- Bosnia&Herzegovina's Regional Football Association Gradiška has qualified for final tournament UEFA Region's Cup.
- 2007/08 BiH National Cup Winners are NK "Zrinjski" (seniors category), and HNK "Orašje" (youth category).
- Clubs, which represented us in the UEFA Competitions made following result: FK "Modriča Maxima" reached the second UEFA Champions League Qualifying Round, as well as NK "Široki Brijeg" and HŠK "Zrinjski" in the UEFA Cup Qualifying Round, and NK "Čelik" who took part in the UEFA Intertoto Cup.
- FF BH organized UEFA U-19 2008/09 Qualifying Tournament (Group 10), and our Team, qualified for the Elite Round, as well as the UEFA U-19 Qualifying Tournament (Women) - Group 8.
- The "A" National Team played 4 matches within the WC 2010 Qualifying Competition, and won two matches, lost two also;
- Within the UEFA Hat Trick Programme framework, for football popularization all 40 mini-pitches were constructed.
- All activities connected with the constructing of the training centre in Zenica are finished and the beginning of the constructing works is expected
