History 2009.

The champion club of the BH Premier League in the season 2008/09 was HŠK “Zrinjski”, while SFK “2000 Sarajevo” was both the women’s champion and the Women’s National Cup winner.
The winner of the Cup of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the men's competition was FK “Slavia”, and HŠK “Zrinjski” in the youth category.
In the youth categories following teams won the Championships: FK “Borac” (U-15), NK “Široki Brijeg” (U-17), and NK “Čelik” (U-19).
Our club representatives within the UEFA Champions League - Zrinjski, and Široki Brijeg, Slavija and Sarajevo in the UEFA Europa League were eliminated in the second and third qualifying round, and play-off, respectively.
FF BH was a host of the Qualifying Round of the UEFA European “U-19” Championship 2009/10 (Group 7), where our team passed in the Elite Round.
Team "U-17" succeeded to be qualified for the Elite Round through the qualifying round which was held in Wales, as well as the women's "U-19" Team.
In qualifying round for the 2010 World Cup the BH "A" National Team took the second place in Group 5, which provided our Team to take part in the play-off. It has been the biggest success ever in all qualifications. In both play-off games our team was defeated 1-0 versus the Portuguese National Team.
