FFBIH executive board held the 36th meeting today in Sarajevo. 14 board members were present, including president Elvedin Begic, and all mediation board members (Ivan Osim, Dusko Bajevic, Faruk Hadzibegic and Sead Kajtaz).
After the comprehensive discussion, board unanimously adopted the following items:
- Records, informations, and conclusions from 35th meeting from July 14th;
- FFBIH emergency committee decisions from Aug. 3rd;
- Financial standings info;
- Analysis of the first five rounds of 2015/16 BHT Premier League competition carried out by relevant competition authorities with the following conclusions:
- first five rounds were completed in accordance with the FFBIH regulations and standards;
- there were individual mistakes during several games, but the analysis confirmed they weren't deliberate;
- FFBIH will not tolerate any unfounded accusations in the future;
- FFBIH also will not tolerate nationalistic outbursts at the stadiums, and those responsible will be properly sanctioned and/or suspended;
- relevant committees are appointed to perform detailed analysis after each championship round;
- Executive board gives full support to Refereeing committee in an effort to maintain and improve officials' quality and competence;
- initiative for diciplinary regulations amendments aimed at preventing all forms of illicit behavior
- Preparational activities for upcoming matches:
- "A" team: Belgium vs BIH and BIH vs Andorra, including coach Bazdarevic's informations and findings on those matches;
- U-21 team: match between BIH and Kazakhstan;
- technical department's suggestions to name Drazenko Bogdan and Almir Hurtic as U-21 trainers, and Esad Ibrahimovic as Women's A team goalkeeper trainer;
- Draft resolutions:
- On allocation of UEFA Champions League solidarity funds for youth centers development;
- On summer registration period for futsal clubs (Aug. 31st - Sept. 25th);
- CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport) decisions info;
- Information regarding support of Michel Platini's candidacy for president of FIFA;
- Report on the annual internal review of the club licensing system and its monitoring process;
Finally, executive and mediation board members urge BIH supporters to support our best team in the match against Belgium in the spirit of good sports and respect to all players. Any incident could have negative repercussions for our team in the remainder of EURO qualifying stage.
