This is just one of the activities within the project supported and supervised by UEFA, and the main goal is to harmonize internal business processes, which will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Federation’s functioning, as well as its overall performance.

Members of the administration took part in this educational program held in the premises of the Federation, and the lecturers were experts from the partner consulting agency “Idea-Co”. During the highly interactive seminar, topics related to the relevant requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, as well as concrete evidence of their application during the development of all business processes in the BH FF, dominated. In addition, the participants received information about internal audits, as the next phase of project implementation, followed by the implementation of corrective measures in accordance with the results of internal audits, in order to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of the quality management system by the BH FF management.

The first cycle of checks by the selected accredited certification body is scheduled for the next month. The project is planned to be completed by the end of July this year, with a final certification check and issuance of a certificate by an accredited certification body on the compliance of the BH FF quality management system with the requirements of the ISO standard 9001:2015.
