Bosnia and Herzegovina's WU-19 team is currently having their winter training session in FFBIH training center in Zenica, and on that occasion we talked with Andrea Grebenar from SFK 2000 club who talked about her career:
"Since I was a child I loved this sport. Everyone said us girls can't play football, so I wanted to prove them wrong for spite. I trained with the boys until 2009 when I moved to Mladost from Nevic Polje, and for the last six months I play for SFK 2000.
You can't describe the feeling when you go out on the field wearing your national team jersey, it has to be experienced. During our national anthem, I feel a surge of positive emotions, it can't be described.
My role model among female players is Lidija Kulis who managed to make a career for herself in top European football club. She should be a role model for everyone here, because she also plays for our national A-Team.
My ultimate goal is to play in some top European club, and to leave a mark in my country's A-Team", said Grabenar at the end of our interview.
