It was an ordinary day for our national "A" team in Brussels - morning walk, media activities, lunch, break, and an afternoon training session. Small number of Bosnian journalists had a chance to talk with our first goalkeeper Asmir Begovic and player Haris Medunjanin about the upcoming duel with Belgium.
Begovic: "I think we're all happy and eager to play a tough match such as this. It'll be difficult, Belgium will be playing at home, they are the favorites in the group, but we have our own ways and we'll definitely create opportunities. I believe in us and I hope we play smart. If each of us gives his best, we can achieve a positive result.
Despite the injuries, when you look at their substitutes, there isn't much difference in quality. Other teams would have a huge problem with that, but they have a great selection of players and I think that nothing will change that much. Belgium has top, world-class players. We can't allow ourselves to relax, we must be prepared for anything."
Medunjanin: "If we remain concentrated and put a pressure on them for 90 minutes, then I think we can win. We know how to play, we're not afraid, the team's in a good shape and we should use all of that to our advantage. Regardless of their lineup, we'll have a team to face them. Our goal is clear, and all of us know that, and that's to successfuly complete these qualifiers and go to the World Cup in Russia."
