Haris Medunjanin missed the last gathering in March, however he saw it as part of the process of creating a team: "I'm glad to be back. I realize that coach was testing younger players for upcoming games, and that's perfectly normal. Now we play against Spain, one of the best teams in the world and it will also pose a great challenge for me.
Medunjanin has returned to his former club Maccabi Tel Aviv and he's satisfied: "I feel great, I'm back because of the coaches from the Netherlands whom I know all, and also because I feel like at home. I had a bad season in Spain, I wasn't satisfied, so when I got a call from them, I didn't hesitate. We didn't win anything this year, but I expect two titles next season."
If he gets a chance to play on Sunday, Medunjanin will give his best, "It's up to the coach, I'm here to do my job, but if I get the chance in the match against Spain, I'll be ready. I'm aware that everyone in the team, especially the younger players, want to play against such a team."
