Bosnia and Herzegovina U-17 national football team has gathered on Monday at the FFBIH training center in Zenica, where they had four training sessions.
Team's captain Jasmin Celikovic thinks that good preparation is the main prerequisite for a good result: "We have to prepare as best as possible if we want to do something in the Elite qualifying round. I hope we'll be ready in order to win as many points as we can and eventually qualifiy for the European Championship. The most beautiful thing in one athlete's career is to play for the national team. We've already succeeded in the first qualification round, and I hope we'll continue with that trend in Georgia."
Celikovic talked about his football beginnings and future plans: "My fathered sparked an interest for this sport in me when he took me to a football match for the first time. I began training at Jedinstvo Bihac at the age of six, and I've been dedicated to football ever since.
I was just transferred to Rijeka from Zagreb, and I'm still getting used to the new environment. However, things are going good for me and I'll keep working hard in order to prove myself and at the same time keep my place in the national team."
