Shortly after receiving Bosnia and Herzegovina citizenship, Mario Vrancic got the invitation from coach Bazdarevic to participate in upcoming qualifying games with Belgium and Andorra, and now after being with the team for a while, his impressions are very good:

"I'm happy to be here, I got a warm welcome and it's nice being part of all this. I know Bicakcic, Spahic and Kolasinac so it wasn't hard to fit in, actually it was easy since we share same interests and topics.

We have intense training sessions here, excersises are interesting, and it's no problem doing what coaches ask of me. However, it's up to the coach whether I play or not. If I get that chance, I'll be ready. And also I'd like to thank our coach and his associates for inviting me to the team."
