Bosnia and Herzegovina women's national "A" football team coach Samira Hurem has chosen players for the upcoming friendly match with Ukraine, and one of them is Melisa Hasanbegovic who believes a quality check-up for our national team is ahead:
"The match with Ukraine is very important for our team. It will be an excellent preparation before the qualifying match with Serbia, which is also very important because it will determine the third place in our group. That's why it's necessary that we play well against Wkraine and show our skills.
As always, we'll give our best and I hope the result will be favorable to us. I'd like for people to come in large numbers to support us in order to to achieve our goals more easily."
She's pleased with the results they've made in the qualifiers:
"When it comes to the results, I'm very pleased. Everybody, including our coaching staff and the people from FFBIH have been working so hard, and it shows. There's a definite improvement over the previous years, and it's certain that women's football in our country can only grow better."
The first training session is scheduled for Aug. 3rd at 17:00 hours at the FFBIH training center in Zenica.
