Bosnia and Herzegovina Under-17 national football team gathered in Vogosca today and started preparing for the upcoming European Championship qualifying tournament. Captain Rijad Sadiku praises the atmosphere in the team:
"The mood is great. Even when we're not together, we're always in touch with each other and we maintain a nice atmosphere among us. Now we're here to prepare for the important qualifiers. Health problems are now behind me. I'm fully recovered, ready to play, and prepared for all coaching staff's requirements.
I'm very satisfied with my performance in the youth Premier League. I have a good playing time in the club and I hope to keep up this pace."
He believes that our cadet team can achieve success in the first qualifying round against Moldova, Latvia and Russia:
"We and everyone else are hoping for an Elite Qualifying Round. I'm sure we possess the quality to achieve that. However everything depends on us, we have to do our best and put in a lot of effort. Only that mindset can lead us to success."
