Assistant coach in the cadet national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Adin Mulaosmanovic, is preparing the young team at the FFBIH training center in Zenica for the upcoming European Championship. Despite his busy schedule, Mulaosmanovic had the time for a brief interview.

How much the European Championship means for you as a coach?

"Qualifying for the Euro was a great satisfaction for me. I'm honored by the success this team has made because this is the first time we've managed to qualify for the major football competition."

How is our players' shape before the championship?

"The players are in good shape. We'll try to use the time we have in Zenica to prepare well. I know the expectations are huge, and we'll try to justify them in Azerbaijan."

Which opponent will be the greatest challenge for our team?

"When we look at the opponents in our group, everyone agrees it's football superpower Germany. We've shown already in the qualifying games that we possess the quality, character and knowledge to deal with every team out there, including Germany."

What are your expectations from the European Championship?

"It's nice to be at the European Championship, and we've got a significant media coverage. We have to stay realistic and set the new goals. We're not going there for a field trip, and we'll do our best to pass the group stage."
