Bosnia and Herzegovina Under-19 national football team found out who will be their opponents in the upcoming Elite Round of qualifying: France, Israel and Bulgaria.
Coach Toni Karačić commented on this draw: "France is a slight favorite in our group, but in the Elite Round there are no easy opponents. All teams have quality and didn't end here by accident. We need to prepare as best as possible. Perhaps we could use four to six friendly games before the qualifying phase in order to build up the team and represent ourselves and our country in the best way."
Karačić believes that our team is in for an easier job next year against France, Georgia and Andorra in the Euro qualifiers: "When it comes to next season we're expecting a place in the Elite Round. That's the generation of players who showed their skills in the Under-17 national team, and I believe they will repeat that success next time."
