FFBIH authorities considered current situation related to BIH Cup semi-finals and BIH Premier League Round 25 games.
- On April 29th, FFBIH safety and competition committees had an emergency meeting where they unanimously adopted the following items:
- Following BIH Cup semi-final matches won't be postponed, instead they will be played today as scheduled: HSK Zrinjski vs FK Olimpic, NK Siroki Brijeg vs FK Borac.
- Organized away supporters visits won't be allowed on the stadiums during semi-finals in Mostar and Siroki Brijeg.
- HSK Zrinjski and NK Siroki Brijeg are to take necessary actions regarding mourning day in Bosnia and Herzegovina before football matches which include:
- a moment of silence
- placing the flags at half-staff
- adhering to the stadium rules of conducts
Committees had in mind the busy schedule this season as well as competitions regularity protections when addressing aforementioned issues.
- Considering RS Ministry of internal affairs' request from Apr. 28th to prohibit away supporters from entering the stadiums during the 25th round of Premier League matches, two committees reached their conclusions:
- FFBIH authorities are to make an emergency decision to restrict away supporters' organized visits to the 25th round of Premier League games scheduled for May 2nd and 3rd this year.
- All home football clubs will take the necessary measures to ensure maximum security conditions at the stadiums.
Having the current situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina in mind, FFBIH emergency committee evaluated competition and safety committees' proposals regarding the Premier League games on May 2nd and 3rd, and reached the following verdict:
FFBIH competition and safety committees' proposals are adopted and therefore all organized trips to the round 25 matches are prohibited, accompanied by home clubs' necessary safety measures to ensure maximum security conditions at the stadiums.
Competent committees will monitor the ongoing situation, followed by a meeting on May 7th where they'll analyze the events during the Premier League round 25 football matches, and after that submit their findings and suggestions to the FFBIH executive board's meeting on May 8th.
