Bosnia and Herzegovina national "A" football team will play two friendlies with Luxembourg and Switzerland on March 25th and 29th respectively. Coach Mehmed Bazdarevic's lineup:
Asmir Begović (Chelsea F.C.), Ibrahim Šehić (FC Qarabag), Jasmin Burić (Lech Poznan), Ognjen Vranješ (Sporting Gijon), Emir Spahić (HSV), Mateo Sušić (Sheriff Tiraspol), Edin Cocalić (KV Mechelen), Toni Šunjić (VfB Stuttgart), Ervin Zukanović (AS Roma), Daniel Graovac (HŠK Zrinjski), Marin Aničić (FC Astana), Sead Kolašinac (FC Schalke 04), Senad Lulić (SS Lazio), Muhamed Bešić (Everton FC), Anel Hadžić (Eskisehirspor), Miralem Pjanić (AS Roma), Mario Vrančić (SV Darmstadt), Srđan Grahovac (SK Rapid Wien), Sanjin Prcić (AC Perugia), Tino Sven Sušić (HNK Hajduk Split), Edin Višća (Istanbul BB SK), Haris Duljević (FK Sarajevo), Edin Džeko (AS Roma), Milan Đurić (AC Cesena), Vedad Ibišević (Hertha BSC).
All games are important for Bazdarevic, regardless of whether it's a friendly match or not: "We'll give a chance to those players who were set aside, but I consider the friendles with Luxembourg and Switzerland very important. We need a strong start, to immediately show everybody our intentions and our determination. All who are on the list must give one hundred percent for the team, without calculations. Readiness, behavior and desire to win will be the deciding criteria in my selection for the national team.
Due to several injuries, we were a little late with the lineup. Two young players, Bajic and Hodzic, will stay with the Under-21 team because of the upcoming qualifying match. Mujdza, Medunjanin and Hajrovic weren't invited this time, but that doesn't mean they are written off. We know how much they mean for this team, and when they become regulars in their teams again we'll count on them. We also keep an eye on Vrsajevic, Mesanovic, Krunic and Kodro."
Team members will gather on March 23rd in Luxembourg.
