Bosnia and Herzegovina national "A" football team begins the 2018 World Cup qualifiers on September 6th with the match against Estonia in Zenica.
Coach Mehmed Bazdarevic announced his lineup for this match during today's press conference at the hotel Europa in Sarajevo: "We have a new qualifying cycle ahead of us and we expect a tough game. It's important to prepare in a professional and responsible manner, and make a successful first step. The match with Estonia may seem easy, but we can't allow ourselves to fall into the trap. We have to play that match in the best way possible, and we need to be offensive to make a difference.
It was hard to keep track of the players during the preparation period because the state championships are just now beginning for some of them, but we tried to do our job as best as possible and I think we can be satisfied with their form."
Injured Muhamed Besic has been excluded from the list: "He is an important player for this team and we'll miss him. However we have several substitutes for him, and we'll come up with the right solution."
