Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team coach Mehmed Bazdarevic and his associates Stephane Gilli, Dragan Peric, Enver Lugusic and Sasa Papac visited Medjugorje yesterday, where several Premier League clubs are training.

Bazdarevic and his assistants took the opportunity to oversee some of the training sessions and to talk with coaches and staff from Siroki Brijeg, Velez, Zrinjski, Sarajevo and Zeljeznicar.

Coach Bazdarevic confirmed he was satisfied with his stay in Herzegovina: "I'm glad I had the opportunity to visit these teams. It's important to see how our best clubs are preparing for the championship, and in a way we came here to give them our support. We wish to improve the cooperation between us and keep it that way. This is the period when my associates and I are trying to gather as much information as we can about BIH Premier League players, but also to keep track of all the others that could apply for the national team in the future. We'll visit Banja Luka tomorrow, and after that we'll probably appoint Gilli and Papac to go abroad and meet some of the players from our national team and see how they play."
