As soon as the FFBIH Elective General Assembly was concluded earlier today, president Elvedin Begić, vice presidents Milorad Sofrenić and Ivan Beus, and honorary president Ivan Osim addressed the media.

Begić: "With UEFA President, UEFA General Secretary, as well as other high-ranking people and media's support, I decided to run again for the FFBIH presidency. I couldn't disappoint all those people who supported me in the past. We have to continue where we left off. We'll make a strategic plan and continue to support our national teams, clubs, and sponsors to keep our league afloat. There were some obstructions, however with this lineup of Executive and Counseling Board members, we'll continue to build and expand the FFBIH."

Sofrenić: "I'd like to thank the delegates for their vote of confidence. I already feel like a part of the team because I've been a member of the Executive Board for four years. In the past we have raised the bar and I'm sure we'll also continue to do so in the future."

Beus: "I'm glad that I remained on the team. I want to thank everyone who gave us their support, but also to FFBIH administration on the job well done today. We have worked well in the past and we'll keep doing that."

Osim: "Thank you for the recognition and I wish everyone all the best in their future work. All of us must work together on further progress. Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina is the only organization in the country that functions normally. They can try, but they can't turn us against each other."
