This prestigious gathering, which brings together representatives from FIFA’s 211 member associations, represents an important platform for exchanging experiences and improving global cooperation in football development.
The Summit focused on FIFA's development initiatives, including:
- FIFA Forward Programme – aimed at enhancing infrastructure and capacity of national associations,
- FIFA Arena – an innovative concept covering infrastructure modernization and digitalization,
- FIFA Match – a tool for organizing and optimizing international matches,
- FIFA Connect – a platform for registration of players, clubs, and officials,
- FIFA Series Concept – a new framework for international friendlies, designed to support smaller and medium-sized associations in national football team development,
- Women's Football – with focus on increasing investment, strengthening league competitions, and creating better conditions for girls and young women around the world.
FFBiH representatives met with FIFA President Gianni Infantino on this occasion, and presented him with a Bosnia and Herzegovina national team jersey bearing his name. They also used the opportunity to further strengthen cooperation with FIFA on current and future projects, and to share experiences and hold discussions with representatives of other associations attending in the event.
