After the qualifying game with Greece, which ended a draw 1-1, Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team members said they're sorry for not winning all three points.
Vedad Ibisevic: "Too bad it ended like this, it's difficult when the opponent scores a goal in the final moments of the match. We played a good game, and should have finished it way earlier. We simply had to be more careful towards the end."
Asmir Begovic: "It was a good shot at the end, they were defending themselves the whole time, and it's bad they scored. We played well, we fought, and we were close to winning the whole three points. However it's difficult to play against Greece on their ground and in the end we have to be satisfied with one point."
Senad Lulic: "We were seconds away from winning all three points, we should have scored at least one more goal, but unfortunately we didn't and the opponent managed to score in the final moments of tonight's game."
Milan Djuric: "We deserved to win because we played perhaps the best qualifying match so far. I'm sorry for that goal at the end, but that happens in football and now we must turn to the upcoming qualifiers."
