FFBIH Club Licensing Department held a seminar at the hotel Europa in Sarajevo today.

Premier League clubs and auditing companies' representatives (who are scheduled to audit the clubs for the season 2016/17) were brought up to speed with the newest financial criteria which is the most important task in this process.

Attendees were greeted by FFBIH general secretary Jasmin Bakovic, head of club licensing department Adnan Dzemidzic and UEFA's financial fair play manager Philippe Rasmussen.

Experts in this field looked back on the previous season in their presentations, pointed out the weaknesses the clubs were facing in meeting the financial criteria, and finally presented the amendments to the UEFA and FFBIH regulations regarding participation in various UEFA club competitions and BIH Premier League.

After the seminar, Mr. Adnan Dzemidzic addressed the media: "This was the seminar about club licensing, where we covered only the financial criteria which is the most important of all. Philippe Rasmussen's visit is also significant for us who held important lectures during the seminar and familiarized us with licensing regulation amendments concerning the financial fair play."

Dzemidzic is also pleased with clubs' response: "All premier league clubs had their representatives here today who actively participated in the discussions. FFBIH plans to harmonize the criteria for domestic and European football competitions in the next period. In addition to finances, we talked about infrastructure issues, and the conclusion is that UEFA will directly help the clubs in solving these problems in time."
