Siroki Brijeg won an away match against Sarajevo 1-0 today at the stadium Asim Ferhatovic Hase in the first leg of the 2016/17 Bosnia and Herzegovina Cup finals.
Siroki Brijeg's coach Goran Sablic said after the match: "This was a minimal but deserved victory after very tough and equal game, however we managed to endure opponent's attacks. We scored a goal on time, and we're happy with the outcome."
Sarajevo's coach Mehmed Janjos points out that his team still has a chance in the second leg: "The guests had a good formation today and they were better. It wasn't our day, we tried with substitutions to get back in the game in the second half. Still, nothing is lost, we'll try to catch up in seven days."
Second leg is scheduled for May 17th at the stadium Pecara in Siroki Brijeg.
