• Stadium Pecara, Siroki Brijeg: Siroki Brijeg vs. Radnik 2-1 (26' Pandza, 66' Kozulj, 70' Secerovic), Aggregate 2-2, Radnik advances to the the finals because of the away goals rule;
• Stadium Tusanj, Tuzla: Sloboda vs. Zeljeznicar 3-1 (28' Merzic, 38' Krpic, 79' Kostic, 89' Lendric), Aggregate 5-2, Sloboda advances to the finals;
