Bosnia and Herzegovina national "A" football team has gathered today at the FFBIH training center in Zenica where they'll stay until Friday and prepare for the upcoming 2018 World Cup qualifier with Greece.
Coach Mehmed Bazdarevic and team member Gojko Cimirot addressed the media today.
Bazdarevic: "We have a very important game ahead of us, and I hope everyone in the team will do their best to prepare for the match as best as possible. The opponent is good and serious, however we've played against stronger teams before. We must believe in ourselves, our desire, and be ready for the game. We've been doing an individual and group analysis of the opponent, and we're trying to gather as much information about them that will be useful to us."
Cimirot: "They are preparing for this match just like us, and they also know they'll have a tough game on their hands. It will be an uncertain match because both teams have the quality. It doesn't matter who's going to be in the starting lineup, we'll all give our maximum that's for sure. Our attackers are in good shape and that could be our advantage in the duel with Greece."
Coach Bazdarevic subsequently called Miroslav Stevanovic, who was on the preliminary list earlier, and will be joining the team shortly.
