Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team has arrived in FFBIH training center in Zenica yesterday to resume their preparations for the upcoming match with Israel. Only Ognjen Vranjes missed the morning training because of minor injury.
Goalkeeper trainer Enver Lugusic and players Mensur Mujdza and Avdija Vrsajevic gave their statments for media.
Lugusic: "We tried to prepare goalkeepers as best as we can. Begovic worked hard and will be ready. We're happy how first part of preparations went, and today only Vranjes had a minor injury so we sent him to the bench."
Mujdza: "We're about to face more serious training sessions, we are all familiar with the situation so we have to win. This match will be different to that in Israel, we've gathered earlier to build up our physical shape. Defeat we faced in the first match can be stimulating sometimes, and we'll do everything to get back at them."
Vrsajevic: "The whole team is aware of the importance of next match and we approached our training sessions very seriously in order to be ready. The atmosphere is great, we posess a quality to beat Israel which would help us immensely for the remainder of qualifying season. We have a lot of experience and our will to win could be of utmost importance."
