Bosnia and Herzegovina Premier Futsal League 2015/16 spring season will resume next weekend, and it's the first time this championship will be played in the new format:
Play off:
- MNK Mostar SG Staklorad (24 points, 8 wins, 3 losses, 43:34 goal difference);
Coach Mirsad Fazlinovic: "Equal teams have managed to qualify for league of champions, and I'm sure there will be three of four teams there who will compete for the title. Nuances and luck will be the deciding factors in the end. We had some new additions to the team, we don't want to underestimate anyone, we've got ambitions and we'll try to achieve the best possible result."
- MNK Centar Sarajevo (23 points, 7 wins, 2 draws, 2 losses, 57:34 goal difference);
Coach Josip Lokmer: "We'll try to remain successful, and our main goal this year is the "double crown". Anything lower than that will be considered a failure. Some players have left, but the backbone of the team is still the same and we'll focus our game on that."
- KMF Leotar (21 points);
Coach Dragan Spaic: "We'll play to win the championship. We've brought three reinforcements – Crnalic, Krnojevac and Vukoja, and I think we have a really respectable team now. Our goal is to win the match against Brotnjo in the first round."
- MNK Brotnjo Premier SK (21 points);
Coach Jure Kordic: "Having qualified for the league of champions we've practically achieved our goal we set before this season. We didn't change our lineup besides Anto Galic. Mostar SG and MNK Centar are the favorite teams in the race for a championship title, but since there's a little difference between the earned points, we'll wait for our chance on the side."
- MNK Seljak Livno (21 points);
Coach Marko Brcic: "We'll try to achieve the best result out there. If we see an opportunity to fight for the top spot, we'll use it. But even if the results go down, we won't give up. We didn't change the lineup in the meantime, and we'll givce our best to finish the season at the best position."
- MNK Zrinjski;
Coach Zani Buhovac: "Having in mind this is the first year of futsal champion's league, I'm sure everybody has some kind of expectations. First round against Mostar SG will be the most important, and if we manage to win that match we can start thinking about the title. The roster remained the same, however several important players have missed the first part of the season due to injuries and we're looking forward to their return. We've prepared ourselves well and we're ready to resume the championship."
Schedule: Mostar SG Staklorad vs. Zrinjski, Feb. 6th 15:30 hours; Centar vs. Seljak, Feb. 6th 18:00 hours; and Leotar vs Brotnjo Premier SK , Feb. 6th 16:30 hours.
Play out:
- KMF Tango (16 points);
Coach Mirko Marvan: "We'll do everything to remain in the Premier League. We'll be hosting first two games, and if we win both of them it'll be an indication we're on the right track. We're going to stabilize the club in this half-season in order to play in the league of champions next year. We've strengthened the team with Kerla and Delihasanovic who transferred from Centar, and we may even bring more additions to the team down the line."
- KMF Celinac (15 points);
Coach Milan Kljunic: "Our goal is to play better, but also to introduce few young players and create a team that will carry the game forward in the future. Of course, primarily we must ensure survival in the league. Three players have left (Ivankovic, Kokic and Zelenkovic), but we also got two additions (Raduljkovic and Devusic).
- MNK Sofic Konjic (15 points);
Coach Alen Pajic: "We expect to remain in the league, which was our goal before. I think we have a good staff and have enough points to do so. We lacked some luck to qualify for the league of champions. Some of the players left, some of them were injured but we've brought Guso, Bunar and Markovic for the rest of the championship."
- MNK Bosna Kompred Tuzla (10 points);
Coach Mirsad Ovcina: "We've been working at full capacity during the break and we're ready for the first round. Our goal is to stay in the league, we hope for the best and we'll play to win every time regardless of whether we play at home or away."
- MNK Kaskada;
Coach Ferik Dizdarevic: "Our goal is to survive. Everyone back at the club, from the management and coaching staff to the players are engaged to achieve this goal, and we hope to play in Futsal Premier League next year. We've brought three good players during the recent transfer window, while there were no departures from the club."
- KMF Josavka (11 losses);
Coach Sinisa Brankovic: "We have entered the season unprepared, meaning the result was absent. Now we have prepared more seriously this time and hopefully we'll manage to win some points in the spring. The roster has changed a bit - two players are gone, but we've brought four new players to the team."
Schedule: Celinac vs. Kaskada, Feb. 6th 19:00 hours; Tango vs. Jošavka, Feb. 6th 14:00 hours; Sofic Konjic vs. Bosna Kompred Tuzla, Feb. 7th 17:00 hours.
