Four referees from Bosnia and Herzegovina will be officiating the Europa League qualifying match between University College Dublin A.F.C. (Ireland) and SK Slovan Bratislava (Slovakia) on July 23rd: Ognjen Valjic, Dalibor Draskovic, Goran Dujak and Admir Sehovic.

Elmir Pilav is appointed as a match observer in the qualifying match between FK Kukësi (Albania) and Mladost Podgorica (Montenegro), while Rusmir Mrkovic will do the same job in the match between FH (Iceland) and Inter Baku (Azerbaijan), both on July 16th.
