Bosnia and Herzegovina national "A" football team has been preparing for the upcoming qualifier with Greece at the FFBIH training center in Zenica for two days now. Coach Bazdarevic's players performed a closed training session this morning, but tonight media representatives had the opportunity to observe our best team at work.
Assistant coach Igor Jankovic: "Everyone's here except Kolasinac who has a stomach flu, but we expect him to join the team tomorrow. We're gathering as much information about our opponent as we can, while trying to bring our players to their optimum shape in this preparational period. Greece has some problems with injuries, but we'll be taking care of ourselves. The boys have played well in clubs, that makes us happy and assures they'll be ready for the game on Sunday."
Defender Ognjen Vranjes: "We know what to expect in Greece. It will be difficult, but we'll try to win. The atmosphere in the team is great, we're in a good mood and ready to give our best. We respect our opponent, but we're aware of our qualities and we want to earn all three points."
Next training session is scheduled for tomorrow at 10:30 hours, while the statements for media are planned for 10:10.
