Bosnia and Herzegovina's U-17 and U-16 teams had a friendly match today in FFBIH training center in Zenica where U-17 team won with the result of 4:0 (0:0).

Coach Sakib Malkocevic: "Since we're actively preparing for the Elite qualifying round, this match was very useful. The date was open so we invited players from domestic league, and I can say I'm pretty much satisfied. U-16 was very good in the first half-time even though the team is incomplete. Few regulars were missing in the U-17 team and it showed, however newcomers tried to prove themselves. I'm satisfied with what I've seen, but there still room for improvements. We should be ready by qualifications."

He commented on our opponents in the qualifying group - Czech Republic, Hungary and Scotland: "We were so close to Euro last time. Teams in our group are mostly equal, but we showed in the past two or three years we can play with the best out there. I won't promise anything, but we'll do our part."

Player Amir Masic: "We were equal in the first half, but we managed to win in the second. I hope we'll show our quality in the qualifying round and advance to Euro."

Player Ajdin Mujagic: "We were good today but younger guys gave us strong resistance. In the Elite round all teams are roughly equal, we have to prepare, but I think we can finish first or second."
