The 2019 UEFA Under-21 European Championship (which will be held in Italy in 2019) qualifying stage draw has been made in Nyon, Switzerland today, where our team was drawn to group 8 with Portugal, Switzerland, Romania, Wales, and Liechtenstein.

Current coach Darko Nestorovic commented on today's draw: "We could have gone either way with our opponents, better but also worse. Although good in quality, the group is not as strong as in the last qualifications. Portugal has a great team, we've already played pretty well with Switzerland, and Romania also possesses certain quality. It's not an easy task ahead of us, but we'll do our best."

First leg is scheduled for March 20th.
