Bosnia and Herzegovina Women's Under-16 national football team gathered yesterday at the FFBIH training center in Zenica where they'll prepare for the upcoming UEFA WU-16 development tournament, which will be held in Podgorica, Montenegro from 17-21 of April.

Coach Ilija Lucic: "We're expecting a good tournament in Podgorica where these players will have three useful check ups. Players are healthy and the atmosphere is at a high level. Although this is a new team, there are few girls who played for the cadet team last year and that certainly gives us more quality. Development tournaments are very important for young players, because of the experience they get by playing in international matches. Until the new qualifiers in autumn we have enough time to prepare and at the same time we want to continue to make good results, just like we did with previous generation."

Tournament schedule:

• First round, April 17th: Azerbaijan vs. Bosnia and Herzegovina, 11:00 hours;
• Second round, April 19th: Bosnia and Herzegovina vs. Kazakhstan, 11:00;
• Third round, April 21st: Montenegro vs. Bosnia and Herzegovina, 11:00;
