The BH FF received a written copy of the Decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sports in Lausanne today on the appeal of FK “Mladost” Doboj Kakanj against the decision of the BH FF Second Instance Licensing Commission and not issuing a license to this club to compete in the m:tel Premier League in the season 2020/2021.
Considering that the public was informed about this case in the past period, the obligation of the BH FF administration is to inform the public about the final decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sports after the received verdict.
On 11.04.2022, CAS made a decision that it was not competent to decide on the appeal submitted by FK “Mladost” Doboj Kakanj, and thus confirmed the arguments and allegations of the BH FF.
Also, all other requests of FK “Mladost” in this procedure were rejected, which confirms the correctness of the BH FF Administration for Club Licensing, and compliance with all relevant rules and regulations of the BH FF.
Based on the decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sports, FK “Mladost” Doboj Kakanj is obliged to pay the costs of the arbitration procedure, including the costs of compensation to the NS / FS BiH and other costs incurred during the procedure in Lausanne.
