Centar won 4:3, and the Mostar team had same result in the first match, so there were the penalty kicks, when the home players were better and reached the new title in the Cup.
The guests reached the advantage in the 4th minute. Marijo Aladžić hit from the distance, but Bahrudin Omerbegović managed to bounce the ball into the field, where Nermin Kahvedžić with no difficulties hit the net for 0:1.
The result was equalled by Anel Radmilović in the 8th minute after assistance of Nijaz Mulahmetović. In the 14th minute, Radmilović went on the left and passed the ball to Emir Sipović, who scored the second goal for Centar from 5 meters.
Radmilović sent the ball behind the back of Stanislav Galić for 3:1 from the free kick in the 16th minute. One minute before the end of the first half, Kahvedžić with a precise shot on the right side reduced the advantage of the host for 3:2.
His third and the fourth goal for Centar, Radmilović scored in the 27th minute with a great kick from over ten meters. Two minutes later De Souza returned in the same way for the final 4:3.
Then the penalty kicks followed, when Handžić, Lukić and Radmilović were precise for Centar, while De Souza and Hrkać scored for guests, while the captain Aladžić hit the goal post.
The head coach of Centar, Dženan Muminovic, said after the match: “One very tough and hard game, but we expected that. We knew that the nuances would decide the winner. We showed more desire and will tonight and I think that the trophy deservedly ended in our hands. Congratulations to the players, because they left their hearts on the field and I also thank the fans who were pushing us the whole match. The ambience was excellent and this is an indication that BH futsal goes ahead.”
The cups and medals to the finalists and the officials were handed by the FF BH general secretary Jamin Bakovic, the executive director of the sports sector Elmir Pilav and the vice-president of the competition committee Milorad O. Lale.
