On July 1, 2026, the FFBiH Club Licensing First Instance Committee held a session. The meeting was related to the extraordinary application of the club licensing system for the promotion of clubs from a lower division to the 2026/27 Bosnia and Herzegovina Women's Premier League. The Committee reviewed the applications submitted by the following clubs for participation in the 2026/27 BiH Women's Premier League: ŽFK Sloboda 2024 Tuzla, FK Sloga Doboj, and ŽFK Željezničar 2011 Bosanska Krupa.

The First Instance Committee unanimously adopted the following decisions:

• ŽFK Sloboda 2024 Tuzla – Granted a license to compete in the 2026/27 BiH Women's Premier League.
• FK Sloga Doboj – Granted a license to compete in the 2026/27 BiH Women's Premier League.
• ŽFK Željezničar 2011 Bosanska Krupa – Granted a license to compete in the 2026/27 BiH Women's Premier League.
