The session was related to the extraordinary application of the club licensing system for clubs entering the Wwin League BiH from a lower level of competition in the 2026/27 season.
The committee decided on the licenses from clubs that applied to participate in the 2026/27 Wwin League BiH: FK BSK Banja Luka, FK Leotar Trebinje, and NK Čelik Zenica.
The Committee unanimously adopted the following decisions:
FK BSK Banja Luka – The club has been refused a license to participate in the Wwin League of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the 2026/27 season;
FK Leotar Trebinje – The club has been refused a license to participate in the Wwin League of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the 2026/27 season;
NK Čelik Zenica – A license to compete in the Wwin League of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the 2026/27 season is granted.
An appeal against these decisions may be submitted to the Club Licensing Second Instance Committee within eight days from the date of receipt of the decision.
