The meeting was convened in connection with the extraordinary application of the club licensing system for the entry of lower-tier clubs into the Wwin League BiH. The committee ruled on the licenses for clubs that applied to participate in the 2025/26 Wwin League BiH season, specifically: FK ''RUDAR-PRIJEDOR'' Prijedor and NK ''STUPČANICA'' Olovo.

The Committee unanimously adopted the following decisions:

• FK "RUDAR-PRIJEDOR" Prijedor – License issued for competition in the Wwin League BiH for the 2025/26 season;
• NK "STUPČANICA" Olovo – License denied for competition in the Wwin League BiH for the 2025/26 season.

An appeal may be filed against these decisions to the Second-Instance Club Licensing Committee within 8 (eight) days from the date of receipt.
