On July 2, 2026, the FFBiH Club Licensing Second Instance Committee held a session at the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina headquarters.
At the session, the Committee reviewed FK BSK Banja Luka's appeal against the decision of the Club Licensing First Instance Committee, which had denied the club a license to compete in the 2026/27 Wwin League of Bosnia and Herzegovina as part of the extraordinary application of the club licensing system for the promotion of clubs from a lower division to the Wwin League BiH.
During the appeals process, FK BSK proved that they met the required infrastructure and financial criteria. Accordingly, the Second Instance Committee upheld the club's appeal, overturned First Instance Committee's decision, and granted FK BSK a license to compete in the 2026/27 Wwin League.
