On May 28, 2026, a session of the FFBiH Club Licensing Second Instance Committee was held at FFBiH headquarters.
The session reviewed appeals submitted by FK Radnik Bijeljina and FK Rudar-Prijedor against decisions made by the First Instance Committee. The first instance decisions had denied these clubs licenses to compete in the 2026/27 Wwin League. An appeal was also submitted by ŽNK Iskra Bugojno against the Club Licensing First Instance Committee's decision denying the club a license to compete in the Bosnia and Herzegovina Women's Premier League for the 2026/27 season.
During the appeals process, FK Radnik Bijeljina and FK Rudar-Prijedor provided evidence confirming they had met the infrastructure criteria. Accordingly, the FFBiH Club Licensing Second Instance Committee upheld their appeals, overturned the First Instance Committee's decisions, and thereby created the conditions for issuing licenses to these clubs to compete in the 2026/27 Wwin League.
Also, ŽNK Iskra Bugojno submitted evidence confirming fulfillment of the financial criteria. The Second Instance Committee upheld the appeal and overturned the decision of the FFBiH Club Licensing First Instance Committee. This decision created the conditions for issuing a license to ŽNK Iskra Bugojno to compete in the Bosnia and Herzegovina Women's Premier League in the 2026/27 season.
The decisions of the Second Instance Club Licensing Committee are final.
