Club licensing seminar was held

Seminar on licensing of the BH Telecom Premier League clubs for the 2018/2019 season, organized by the FF BH Licensing Administration, was held at the Europa Hotel in Sarajevo today.

At the beginning of the seminar, the General Secretary Jasmin Baković welcomed the representatives of the clubs, and emphasized that the licensing system “is a key point of the clubs in the plans for the future and at the same time a very important segment of the Federation, which strives to constantly improve the standards of all football aspects in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The wish of FF BH is that all who applied have a license and we are here to help the clubs in that process.”

The directors, secretaries and heads of the program for youth football development of all twelve clubs were present at the seminar, and Acting Head of the Licensing Section, Lejla Krajnc, presented the protocol and announced the Federation’ licencing experts who, in their presentations, dealt with issues related to meeting all the prescribed criteria in the clubs’ licensing procedure for the 2018/2019 season, which include infrastructure, legal, sports and administrative criteria.

Darko Ljubojević presented the sporting criteria, necessary for clubs licensing, and held a short workshop for youth leaders of the BH Telecom Premier League clubs. The tasks and objectives of this workshop were focused on the correct implementation and application of all the elements of the Regulations on Clubs Licensing related to sports criteria. The need for continuous monitoring of all modern forms of work with youth teams was emphasized in order to expand the base of young players in the BH Telecom Premier League clubs, according to UEFA standards.

What is included in the infrastructure criteria was explained by Nihad Hodžić, while Nijaz Merdanović and Adi Osmanović presented administrative, i.e. legal criteria in the licensing procedure.

At the end of the seminar, attention was brought once again to the clubs’ representatives that the deadline for submitting documents to the FF BH Licensing Department by all criteria, except financial, 28th February 2018.
