By final decisions of the disciplinary body of the competent association, Ibrahim Hasanbegović was sanctioned for serious and repeated disciplinary violations under Articles 78, 79, 82, and 84 paragraphs (3) and (4) of the FFBiH Disciplinary Regulations. He received the penalty of exclusion from the football organization along with a fine of 5,000 KM.

Eldin Baković, for multiple disciplinary violations under Article 79 paragraph (1), Article 78 in connection with Articles 34 and 38, Article 82 paragraph (1), and Article 84 paragraph (3) of the FFBiH Disciplinary Regulations, received a unified sanction of a two-year ban from performing any function, along with a fine of 1,500 KM.

Reviewing the request, the FFBiH Disciplinary Committee concluded that these were serious disciplinary violations and that the imposed sanctions were proportional to the offenses committed.

The Disciplinary Committee confirmed the decisions by which Ibrahim Hasanbegović is permanently excluded from the football organization, while Eldin Baković is banned from performing duties and working in football for a period of two years.
