Following the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Executive Board's decision (No. 02-4016-2/24 dated Nov. 7 2024), the FFBiH Election Commission, Legal Committee, and Urgency Committee held meetings on November 11, 2024, to ensure seamless election processes within the Sarajevo Canton Football Association (SC FA). The Urgency Committee (No. 02-4122-1/24 dated Nov. 11 2024) decided the SC FA's election assembly must be held by December 11, 2024. As per these decisions, the assembly is indeed set for December 11. The Roadmap clearly provides mandatory guidelines for conducting elections within FFBiH, aligned with the FFBiH Statute's provisions and the General Assembly’s Rules of Procedure.

During its session, the FFBiH Election Commission reviewed the candidates' documentation for the SC FA elections. Based on this review, the Election Commission confirmed the validity of the nominations. In line with their duties and activities, FFBiH ensured equal opportunities for additional candidate submissions from SC FA affiliate members. Consequently, the FFBiH Executive Board approved an extended deadline of November 20, 2024, for submitting candidacies for SC FA, FBiH FA, and FFBiH bodies. This extension enables candidates, who faced real obstacles, to submit their applications for the Sarajevo Canton Football Association elections. After the extended deadline, the Election Commission will review all submitted documents.

Following all the aforementioned, we emphasize the crucial obligation of all organizational levels within FFBiH to adhere to relevant acts, the Federation's statutes, the rules of procedure, as well as the Roadmap during the electoral processes.
