The head coach Zoran Erbez points out that this generation of pioneers is very promising:

“Since it's just a start of the year, we can be satisfied with the physical fitness of the players and what they showed at the camp. The weather served us and we managed to do everything we planned. There were some new players at this gathering. They drew attention to themselves and had a certain quality. Thus, we have further strengthened the competition in the team, and this is certainly a very talented generation. I believe that these guys will confirm it soon in the U-16 team.”

Members of the technical staff, together with the players, after today’s dinner, surprised the young Ivan Grgić, who celebrated his birthday.

“Our captain Grgić is 15 years old now, so we prepared a little surprise for him. On behalf of the technical staff, I wish him a happy birthday”, says Erbez.

The head coach announced another national team’s action, the gathering of players born in 2003 from Herzegovina:

“We will already have a new gathering tomorrow. The players born in 2003 from all over Herzegovina will be able to show their knowledge at the FK Velež fields in Vrapčići tomorrow. There will be boys from almost all the clubs in this region, and we will try to “comb” the other parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in order to choose the most talented and the best ones for the U-15 team.”

About 50 players will be gathered on the training ground of the FK Velež Stadium at 11:00 h, where they will be divided into 4 teams to play two control matches.
