The Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina received with sadness the news of the passing of Halid Bešlić, legendary singer and true icon of our country.
Halid was much more than a musician—he was a symbol of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a man whose songs and emotion brought people together and carried the spirit of our country wherever he went.
His support for the national team and athletes of our country was sincere and unmistakable, and his love for the homeland immeasurable.
We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and everyone who loved him.
