Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina club licensing first instance committee meeting has been held today in Sarajevo, where this body made unanimous decisions regarding the following clubs' participations in BiH Premier League for season 2016/17:
- FK "KRUPA" Krupa on Vrbas - 2016/17 BiH Premier League championship license has been granted;
- NK "METALLEGHE BSI" Jajce - 2016/17 BiH Premier League championship license has been granted;
- NK "ZVIJEZDA-GRADAČAC" Gradačac - 2016/17 BiH Premier League championship license has been denied;
According to the FFBIH club licensing regulations, denied license applicants can make an appeal against first instance body's decisions to the FFBIH second instance committee within eight (8) work days.
Following FFBIH executive board's decision, this committee has reviewed all received documents regarding NK "ČELIK" Zenica's licence, and came to unequivocal conclusion that there are no legal reasons to revoke the club licence.
Because of omission to deliver and update valid documentation on time, the first-instance committee has submitted a proposal to the FFBIH disciplinary committee to fine NK "ČELIK" Zenica for failure to fulfill obligations during the club licensing procedure.
